Adyen proposes to acquire 100% of the issued shares in Talon.One from its existing shareholders. Upon completion, Adyen will acquire sole control over Talon.One and its three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Talon.One Inc. (United States), Talon.One UK Ltd. (United Kingdom) and Talon.One SG Pte Ltd. (Singapore).
