By purchasing or using a subscription to MergerAlert, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the MergerAlert website and digital services is also subject to our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer.

Your subscription provides access to the MergerAlert services and subscription tier selected at the time of purchase while your subscription remains active.
Services may include realtime merger and regulatory alerts, email notifications, dashboard access, search functionality, transaction monitoring, customised watchlists and competition intelligence features.
We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Subscription fees are charged in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified.
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time and will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes.
Promotional offers, discounts or trial subscriptions may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Subscribers may update account details, change payment methods, upgrade subscription plans or cancel subscriptions through the account portal or by contacting customer support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Know What Media Pty Ltd and MergerAlert exclude liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from use of the Services, reliance on alerts or service interruptions.
