Allianz Australia Services Pty Limited (Allianz Australia Services) proposes to enter into arrangements with Lendlease (Victoria Cross) Pty Limited as trustee for Lendlease Victoria Cross Trust (Lendlease (Victoria Cross)) and Victoria Cross Commercial Pty Ltd as trustee for Victoria Cross Commercial Trust (Victoria Cross Commercial) for the lease of commercial office space on levels 16 and 17 of the new Victoria Cross Tower development located at 155 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW (the Premises).
Allianz Australia Services is the proposed lessee of the Premises and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Australia Insurance Limited (Allianz). Allianz offers a range of insurance products and services for individuals and business, including car, home, landlord, travel, life, boat and workers' compensation insurance. Allianz intends to use the Premises as commercial office space from which to conduct its insurance business.
Lendlease (Victoria Cross) is the developer of the new Victoria Cross Tower development in North Sydney, which includes the Premises. Victoria Cross Commercial is the proposed lessor of the Premises. Both Lendlease (Victoria Cross) and Victoria Cross Commercial are wholly owned subsidiaries of Lendlease Corporation Limited (Lendlease). Lendlease is an Australian real estate and investment business, which uses an integrated model of investments, development and construction to create and manage mixed-use precincts and civic and social infrastructure.
