Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd has signed a letter of offer to facilitate Coles acquiring a leasehold interest in an existing shopping centre at Minto Mall, 10 Brookfield Road, Minto, NSW (the Acquisition).
The proposed Coles supermarket is anticipated to open on 1 March 2028.

The ACCC has prepared a questionnaire on the Acquisition. Submissions or information in response to the questionnaire should be provided by 16 June 2026 via email to [email protected] with the title Coles – supermarket site in Minto, NSW.
The ACCC’s ability to give detailed consideration to submissions received after this time may be limited.
