Host-Plus Pty. Limited (Hostplus) proposes to acquire 50% of CH Investment Holding Trust (CH Holding Trust), a Charter Hall managed vehicle (the Acquisition).
Through the Acquisition, Hostplus will gain indirect economic exposure to 50% of the commercial property assets indirectly owned by CH Holding Trust, including an office building in the Sydney CBD.
Hostplus is the trustee for both the Hostplus Pooled Superannuation Trust and the Hostplus Superannuation Fund. The Hostplus Pooled Superannuation Trust is the unit trust vehicle that the Hostplus Superannuation Fund utilises to access investments for its members.
Charter Hall is an Australian property investment and funds management group, acting as a fiduciary for wholesale, institutional, and retail investors.
