IK Partners - Selatek

Goldcup 39483 AB (under name change to Prometheus BidCo AB), a company ultimately controlled by IK Partners (IK Partners), intends to acquire all shares in SELATEK Holding AB and its subsidiaries (together, Selatek) through a share sale.

IK Partners is a European private equity firm focused on investing primarily across Northern Continental Europe. It has eleven current funds under management, and its portfolio companies operate across a range of different business sectors.

Selatek is a Swedish company that operates across three core business areas: Electrical, Automation and Security. Selatek’s subsidiaries are active primarily as consultants, installers and suppliers within the electrical engineering and building services sector, as well as in the construction, servicing and installation of automation and security solutions. Selatek derives Australian revenue through one subsidiary, Deltatec AB (Deltatec), which is a company incorporated in Sweden. In Australia, Deltatec supplies limited programming services of control systems involving water and sanitation engineering services.
