IOR - Delta Specialised Energy assets

IOR Pty Ltd proposes to acquire the business assets of Delta Specialised Energy Pty Ltd in respect of its diesel, AdBlue and renewable fuels distribution businesses (including the associated plant and equipment and intellectual property).

IOR Pty Ltd (IOR), trading as IOR Petroleum, is an Australian-based supplier of fuel and integrated fuel solutions across Australia. Delta Specialised Energy Pty Ltd (Delta), is an Australian-based distributor of diesel, AdBlue and renewable fuels.

Both IOR and Delta supply diesel and AdBlue to industrial and commercial businesses in NSW. IOR will acquire 100% of the business assets of Delta in respect of its diesel, AdBlue and renewable fuels distribution businesses (including the associated plant and equipment and intellectual property) through a business sale agreement.
