Wentworth Capital – Novotel Darling Harbour and Ibis Darling Harbour

Wentworth Capital Investment Management Pty Ltd (together with its holding companies and subsidiaries, Wentworth) is an Australian asset manager based in Sydney which specialises in real estate. Its core activities are asset management, real estate private equity and real estate private credit.

Funds managed by Wentworth will acquire 100% of the hotel businesses and related assets of Novotel Darling Harbour and Ibis Darling Harbour (Hotel Businesses) from Pearl Hotels D 1993 Pty Limited and the leasehold interests in the land on which the Hotel Businesses operate (Property) from The Trust Company (Australia) Limited in its capacity as trustee of the Pearl Hotels ZC 2013 Trust.

The Hotel Businesses currently offer hotel accommodation services (and ancillary services related to the operation of a hotel) under brands associated with the Accor Group, which will continue to manage the hotels post-acquisition.
