Complete Air Supply Pty Ltd (Complete Air Supply) proposes to acquire 100% of the All Air Duct & Fittings Pty Ltd (All Air) business and assets (the Acquisition). Complete Air Supply is a member of the Beijer Group, which operates throughout Australia in the refrigeration and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. The Beijer Group supplies equipment and parts to the refrigeration and HVAC industry. Complete Air Supply supplies HVAC units, and manufactures and supplies HVAC ductware and fittings, to installers for domestic residence installs or commercial air conditioning projects. HVAC ductware and fittings includes flexible ducting, sheet metal fittings, cushion boxes, grilles, diffusers, copper, zoning and accessories used by installers. Complete Air has four branches and operates primarily in Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales. All Air manufactures and supplies HVAC ductware and fittings to installers for residential and commercial purposes. All Air has two branches and operates only in Southeast Queensland. All Air supplies the same HVAC ductware and fittings products as those supplied by the Complete Air Supply but does not supply HVAC units.
