Growthpoint Properties Australia Limited as trustee of the Wholesale Industrial Property Fund (Growthpoint) holds a leasehold interest (as lessee) of the properties located at 3, 5 and 7A Viola Place, Brisbane Airport under the Head Leases from Brisbane Airport Corporation (as lessor). Brisbane Airport Corporation has entered into a Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Commercial Real Estate to acquire from Growthpoint its interest as lessee under the Head Leases and as sublessor under the Subleases for lots located at 3, 5 and 7A Viola Place, Brisbane Airport, Queensland.
