Kakaku.com operates online price comparison and consumer information platforms in Japan. Its indirect subsidiary, Time Design International Pte Ltd, incorporated in Singapore, generates commission revenues from Australian customers booking bundled travel packages (such as airline tickets and hotel accommodation) through its technology platform.
