The Yandina Hotel is owned by the Trustee for Kingston Family Trust (trading as Yandina Hotel), a single-site operator. The Yandina Hotel offers dining, accommodation, gaming and a bottle shop. Under the Acquisition, Star Hotels will acquire both the freehold land and the business assets of the Yandina Hotel.

Star Hotels - Fiveways Hotel Toowoomba

Star Hotels Group is an independently owned and operated pub and liquor retail group, primarily operating pubs along the eastern seaboard of Queensland and four venues in South Australia. It currently also operates several pubs in western Queensland, including in Stanthorpe, Westbrook, and Dalby, as well as a retail liquor store in Toowoomba under the Star Liquor brand. Under the acquisition, Star Hotels Group will acquire both the freehold land and business assets of Fiveways Hotel Toowoomba, as well as two adjacent freehold residential lots. Fiveways Hotel Toowoomba is currently closed to the public but previously operated as a licensed bar with food and gaming, as well as a drive-through liquor store. The two adjoining freehold lots are currently rented to private individuals. Post-acquisition, Fiveways Hotel Toowoomba will be integrated into the Star Hotels Group portfolio under its existing name.

MH South Brisbane Pty Ltd and SCHF Pty Ltd (together, Star Hotels Group) propose to acquire 100% of the business assets and freehold of Shafston Hotel, a hospitality venue in East Brisbane. Star Hotels Group is an independently owned and operated pub and liquor retail group, primarily operating pubs and hotels on the eastern seaboard of Queensland and in South Australia. Star Hotels Group’s existing presence in the local area surrounding Shafston Hotel includes various retail liquor stores, as well as: Hotel West End, which offers on-premises liquor, dining, gaming, and a retail liquor store Hotel Kingsley, which offers on-premises liquor, dining, and accommodation, and The Garage Fortitude Valley, which offers on-premises liquor, dining, gaming, and a retail liquor store. Shafston Hotel offers on-premises liquor, dining, and gaming, as well as a drive-through retail liquor store. Following completion of the Acquisition, Shafston Hotel will continue to operate under its existing name and format and will be integrated into Star Hotel Group's portfolio.
