NDC HoldCo Pty Ltd (together with its subsidiaries, NDC), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, NDC Australia Pty Limited, proposes to acquire from the Comfy Dental Trust 100% of the business assets comprising the Comfy Dental Clinic (Comfy Dental). NDC is a dental services organisation that operates a network of dental clinics that provide a range of general dentistry services. NDC has dental clinics in all Australian states and territories except Tasmania. It has one existing dental clinic located in Mandurah, WA (DB Dental Mandurah). NDC is majority owned by funds managed by Crescent Capital Partners. Comfy Dental is a dental clinic located in Mandurah, WA that provides a range of general dentistry services.
