Wipro Networks Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro Limited (Wipro), proposes to acquire all the shares in Mindsprint Pte Limited (Mindsprint).
Wipro will not acquire Mindsprint's current 51% interest in Mindsprint Pty Ltd (Mindsprint Australia), a joint venture in Australia.

The services offered by Wipro and Mindsprint overlap in relation to technology services in particular, cloud, cybersecurity, business process services and consulting services.
